I was tasked to lead the design of the newly Web App and Native App, where the users could have a better experience, keeping almost all the functionality previously established.
The problem
The app had great features that provide complete control of statistics and data. But, the design and visual patterns created a need for a better experience for the users. The visual patterns implemented in the previous design made the user experience difficult, such as unnecessary and complex scrolling/taps. It was required to update the current app and web dashboard.
Wide users profiles
After research, the users' profiles were more detailed in their behaviors, characteristics, and needs. Providing the guides of the visualization of information and statistics from user-centered design.
The previous designs
Urban mobility dashboard
I designed a modern dashboard interface that tightly integrates the previous features. The standard dashboard UI hadn’t changed over the years and this was the first real user-first approach. The new dashboard interface is simple and elegant, a streamlined experience for a complex parameters.
